Ach'M Still Exists

HOLY SHIT IT'S THIS GUY AGAIN WHAT THE COW
Here, have a text wall of useless information to accompany this momentous occasion:

Name: Ach'M Raten, A.K.A. "The Laughing Cyborg"

Age: 33 years old

Gender: Male

Species: Letenaru (The Skittish People)

Height/Weight: 5 ft (152 cm)/ 125 lbs (57 kg)

Profession: Acrobat

Abilities/Strengths:
     His cyborg arm can bend wildly and extend a good foot and a half beyond his natural arm
     He is extremely flexible and agile, as is necessary when you're an acrobat
     Being of an amphibious nature, he can breathe in freshwater and is an excellent swimmer (his cybernetic parts are waterproof)
     His claws can cut through flesh and cloth easily

Limitations/Weaknesses:
     He dries out quickly in places with low humidity, anywhere from 3 to 9 hours depending on how arid the environment is
     His robotic ear is sensitive to a larger variety of frequencies than his other ear
     Any electricity-based attack will render his cybernetics useless
     He is currently recovering from an injury on his good knee, so it is extra sensitive
     He can't breathe in saltwater (however the chances of him needing to be in saltwater are typically quite low)

Personality: While he can be quite chivalrous and polite, he doesn't go out of his way to be like this. He only does it because he hopes he'll get something out of you, like returned kindness (a boost to his ego) or an invitation to your room. He is very playful in his remarks to friends and is thought to be quite eccentric. He'll never pass up an opportunity to dress up or to flirt with people. When asked about his cybernetics, he is very fond of stretching the truth to make himself appear more dashing and heroic than he actually is.

Even with these more friendly tendancies, he can be very unforgiving to those who give him the cold shoulder or otherwise fail to reciprocate his manners. "Treat others as you would like to be treated" is a very important rule in his mind. (there is one person he makes a special exception to) This rule also leads to his belief in karma, or whatever the Letenaru-equivalent is, and he isn't shy about dishing it out himself. That being said, in combat situations, he is a complete and utter coward with big bark and little to no bite. Any attempts made to attack him will be met with extremely evasive maneuvers and flailing.

History: Ach'M and his younger brother, Orith, grew up in a wealthy suburb on the planet Naruviie (Land of the People). His parents owned their own land and pond, and could even afford to keep track of their bloodline, unlike the more common and rural parts of the planet. Unfortunately for Ach'M, he was born with a bad leg, but his parents were wealthy enough to pay for a replacement. It was at the ripe age of 8 that the Naruviian Civil War took place between the Letenaru and the Toranaru (The Fierce People), and tore his home city apart. 

His parents were killed during a skirmish his people lost, and a crumbling wall took away his arm as he shoved Orith out of the way. The two brothers managed to find sanctuary and much needed medical attention hidden in the outskirts of town, run by an uncharacteristically gentle Toranaru. They remained there until the Civil War ended. Afterwards the Toranaru, Nippy, took pity on the children and adopted them. She was high up on the jumbled mess that is the Toran social ladder and was able to offer them the protection and guidance they needed. She gave him a yellow sash which signifies that he is of equal social standing as her in Toran society. 

For reasons he refuses to disclose, he ran away from home and found himself working a myriad of, uh, colorful jobs. Nippy would have been fine with him moving away if he had at least told her first. He hasn't spoken to Orith or Nippy since this time, and doesn't plan to. 

Likes: 
     Poetry and singing
     Wearing fancy and brightly colored clothes (his definition of fancy is quite broad, mind you)
     Flirting with anything on two legs
     Delicacies of the arthropod variety

Dislikes:
     He has an extreme phobia of winged/flying creatures (ornithophobia) due to traumatic past experiences
     Talking about why he left his family
     People who do not treat him as he has treated them (courteously, usually)
     Getting beat up (it happens a lot, unsurprisingly)

Other:
     He never learned how to read or write, and he can only speak Naru'an fluently (his native tongue)
     He once had a dream that he was stabbed to death by a strange dingo man. Good thing it was only a dream!
     For a Letenaru, he is actually quite tall!
